The Foster Grandparent Program is an important component of the care that is
given to the families and their children at TLC: The Learning Center.

TLC: The Learning Center School Age Child Care provides quality out of school enrichment opportunities in a nurturing and safe environment for children in kindergarten through 5th grade.
Our TLC program emphasizes the social, emotional, physical, (fine and gross motor skills) and cognitive growth of the children while always focusing on their individual talents and needs.
